All prices displayed on this website are in GBP and we do not accept any other currency. ALL our prices include V.A.T. Delivery charges are mostly free,
2. Order confirmation and order validation
We will confirm your order either by e-mail or by telephone. Order confirmation is normally sent after we have validated credit/debit card details and received authorisation from the card issuers - Please note that this process can take up to 24 Hours.
3. Payment
We accept payment by paypal recomended by us. Secondly we also take telephonic orders by taking your Credit/Debit card details over the phone. We can only send goods to card holder and not to any other alternative address. We accept most major credit or debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron and Maestro cards. Payment will be debited to your account as your order is placed.
4. Delivery of goods
We will endeavour to deliver your order to you within 3-5 working days, providing the goods are in stock (Unless a longer delivery period is clearly stated on the specific product page). If we are not able to meet this deadline, we will contact you within 5 days of receipt of your order to arrange an alternative delivery date. However, if this is not acceptable to you, we will offer you the choice of cancellation or a refund.
Please note that deliveries to N.Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, The Highlands and Islands of Scotland can take longer than 3-5 days to deliver - Please ask if express delivery is required.

6. Returns/Refund policy
Please note that you do have the right to return a product or to cancel an order within the first 7 days following delivery. We do however reserve the right to refund your purchase minus any carriage charges that we have incurred in delivering.
Special order items are ordered specially from manufacturers and for this reason are non-returnable. We will not be able to accept special order goods back for credit or exchange.
Damaged/incorrect or faulty goods: If the goods have been damaged in transit by the courier, have been incorrectly supplied or are faulty at the time of delivery - In this case we reserve the right to replace the product. If you require a refund, we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of up to 15% of the order value. Please contact us for a returns number before sending any goods back to us. Please also include your personal details along with a brief explaination of the problem. NOTE: You must inform us of damaged deliveries within a reasonable period of time. All damaged deliveries must be notified within 3 days of delivery. We are unable to accept responsibility for damage to goods beyond these periods.
Product exchanges: If you wish to return a product for exchange then we reserve the right to deduct our initial shipping fee. (i.e. the shipping fee that we have incurred in shipping the first product to you.)
(The handling charge is to offset the costs incurred by ourselves in processing and shipping your order as requested).
If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps:
(a) Contact us to requestthat you want to return the goods.
(b) Send the goods to the following address:Unit 4b, Mill Street East Dewsbury WF12 9NH. Please note that we can only refund if goods are returned in the original packaging in "as new" condition.
(c) Attach a copy of the delivery note or invoice as proof of purchase and mark the package clearly with the Returns Number.
Please note that we can only offer a refund or exchange if a product is returned within 28 days of the original purchase date.
7. Returns under warranty
Most products carry a manufacturers warranty. Bulbs only carry a three month warranty from the date of purchase. Most other products carry a 12 month minimum warranty. If an item develops a warranty fault within the warranty period we will be happy to repair or replace the item, however, you will be responsible for any return costs incurred. A replacement item will be sent out at our cost once the fault has been verified and confirmed and the warranty claim acknowledge by the manufacturer. Please note that this process can sometimes take several days.
8. Product information and product images
Although we endeavour to provide you with the latest product information and to ensure that product images are identical to the items supplied, we cannot always guarantee that this will be the case. Product colours and styles can differ slightly from the published images.
9. Suitability of products
Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that the item that you have ordered is suitable for your car based on the information that we have published on our website. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of any product for your vehicle then please contact us for further advice before ordering. All application information is supplied by the product manufacturers and all dates used in product descriptions are dates of vehicle manufacture, they are not vehicle registration dates. If you are in doubt please ask. Please note that products on this web site are generally suitable for UK specification vehicles and we are not able to ensure suitability of these products for non-UK specification vehicles (including imported models).
10. IMPORTANT
All products are supplied on a DIY fit basis, fitting instructions are provided in most cases. All items carry a minimum one year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase and we are happy to replace or repair faulty products if you experience any problems during the warranty period. If you choose to have any product professionally installed we will not be held responsible for any costs involved in installing or removing the product from your vehicle during or after the warranty period.
